You'll learn how to manage Solargis application subscriptions and user access in the Application section of the Solargis account administration: enable or disable user access to Prospect or Evaluate, check subscription status and validity dates, track Prospect usage history, view your Evaluate SGU balance and top it up, and review SGU transaction history.

The Applications section of Customer admin is where you review your subscriptions to Solargis applications, enable your users to work in them, and keep track of your Solargis units (SGU).

For the other administration areas, see Account user management, Integrations, API subscriptions, and Orders and payments, or return to Company account management for an overview.

Prerequisites

  • An active Solargis Evaluate account.

  • Admin rights, for editing purposes.

Opening the company admin

You can access the company admin from the Dashboard or by clicking your name icon and selecting Company admin.

Managing subscriptions to Solargis applications

Information about your subscriptions to Solargis applications is provided in the Applications section of the customer admin.

Visit this section if you want to check:

  • your Solargis application subscriptions, their status and periods,

  • Prospect usage history or Evaluate SGU transactions,

  • current subscription plan and its validity dates,

  • user devices registered with Analyst subscription,

  • or enable/disable the user’s access to applications.

Every application has its dedicated section where you can manage its subscription, and they are located under the Applications category.

Prospect subscription

The Prospect subscription page provides the following:

  • The General section, where you can see your current Prospect subscription status, its validity, and the number of active projects and users.

  • The Usage section, where you can track the usage of the Prospect application by your users. Here, you can see how many projects are currently activated by your users and the number of projects that have been activated by them in the past.

If you do not have an active Prospect account, the details page will be empty. Instead, you will see an information banner offering you the option to purchase the Prospect subscription. Learn more about how to purchase a Prospect application subscription via your Solargis account.

  • The Users section, where you can manage user’s access to the application.

Additionally, use the three-dot activity history menu to examine:
