We will show you where and how to top up your Solargis Units (SGU) for Solargis Evaluate application.
Solargis store enables you to purchase SGU that you will need to buy services such as additional data or execute simulations in the Solargis Evaluate application.
Prerequisites
You must have administrator user access to your Solargis Evaluate account to purchase SGU.
You must have Solargis Evaluate Utility scale subscription.
Purchasing SGU
The system automatically offers an option to top up your SGU if your balance is low when you try to buy a service or run a simulation in Solargis Evaluate.
To purchase SGU manually at any time, navigate to the wallet within your account administration on the Applications/Evaluate page. The purchase process is the same whether you trigger it manually or it is offered to you when trying to purchase services.

Choose one of the predefined suggestions calculated based on your subscription plan.
Alternatively, choose “Custom”, and enter a custom SGU amount in the dialog below. The system will also show the cost of the entered SGU in your predefined currency.
Click “Continue” to proceed. Review the purchase details on the next page:
Agree to the terms of sale
Proceed to selecting the payment method by clicking the “Submit order & pay” button.

Select the preferred payment method, fill in the payment details, and proceed using the Pay button. If you choose bank transfer, the system will show you payment details, including the payment reference. linking the payment to your account. The system also provides a button to download a pro forma invoice for your purchase. Available payment methods are listed on the purchase page.
Important: You must include the payment reference when you pay by bank transfer. Failure to do so prevents the system from identifying the payment with your account.
Notes:
The store is operated by Solargis Americas, Solargis APAC, and Solargis s.r.o. legal entities.
The system allows purchases in all currencies supported by the specific merchant.

With sufficient SGU, you can proceed to Solargis Evaluate and buy additional data packages or simulate your energy systems.
