You will learn how to log into your Solargis account and how to select the correct company to view related projects and subscriptions.
Logging into your account
You need login credentials to access Solargis applications or your company settings. These have been provided to you upon registering with our platform. If not, you can request it from your Solargis account manager.
To log in:
Navigate to the Solargis Applications home page.
Click the “Log in” button, enter your login details, and submit. Select the “Remember me” checkbox if you want the credentials stored on the device.
If you have forgotten your login details, click the Forgot your password link and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
Before you proceed any further
Before starting any projects or working on any existing ones, you must select your company account. This ensures you are connected to the right subscriptions and related projects. Selecting the correct account is crucial, as it directly impacts your access to essential resources and collaboration with your team.
Company versus personal accounts
The platform offers two types of accounts - company accounts and personal accounts.
Company accounts (admin) are created by our team upon request. Company account admin can request and buy subscriptions, add users, or view orders and billing history. They can also assign users to a purchased application. They can also add other admin accounts.
Personal accounts can be created by a company admin (invite) or requested directly by the user through the Solargis applications homepage. They can be linked to multiple companies, ensuring users can work on several projects for different enterprises.

Switching a company
If you have received an invitation from a company to join their Solargis account, your account is automatically linked to it.
If you want to switch to a different company, our support team must link your personal account to it. The same applies if you have created the account using the application’s homepage.
To switch to a company:
Click the account name in the main navigation.
Select the company you want to switch to from the list.
The company list can be extensive. Scroll through until you find the one you want to work with. Ask your Solargis account manager which company you should select to acquire the correct subscriptions and project capacity.
Home dashboard
The Home dashboard offers the following options:
Switch between the Dashboard and Projects pages.
Manage your company account (subject to user privileges).
The applications available to you are displayed in the form of cards.
Your recent account’s projects and their basic details are displayed below the application cards.
The account navbar:
Choose the company account (and work on related projects).
Open applications.
Manage your and your company’s account (subject to user privileges).
The help center button which is always available. You can visit our knowledge base, contact support and sales, or submit feedback.
Once you select the correct company, the linked projects will load to your home dashboard. Click any of the projects to open it in the related application.
