You will become familiar with the Solargis Home dashboard, its user interface, and the actions you can take from here.

Solargis Home dashboard

The Solargis home dashboard is the first page displayed after login. It serves as the central hub for managing your projects, subscribed applications, and company account. From this single interface, you can access all key features and settings.

Key features:

  • Projects and applications: Access and manage all projects across subscribed Solargis applications.

  • Company admin (for administrators): Manage company details, user accounts, and organizational settings.

  • User management: Invite new users, assign roles, and control application access.

  • Billing and payments: View invoices, check payment history, and manage subscription plans.

  • API subscriptions and integrations: Monitor API usage, manage subscriptions, and configure integrations.

The Home dashboard page

The Home dashboard page provides the following:

  1. General user info: Information about you as a user and a link to edit your user account. If you are an admin user, a link to the company administration will also be provided.

  2. Quick links: Offer quick access to various resources, such as the Solargis website or release notes.

  3. Subscribed applications: Application buttons let you access any of the applications your account has subscribed to.

  4. Recent projects: Projects you have been recently working on for quick access. Click any project here to open it in the related application.

  5. Account access and company switching: From here, you can switch between companies for which your account has been activated, to access various projects and manage your user account.

  6. Help: Available in all pages of all applications - access documentation or contact support from here.

The Projects page

The Projects page in the Solargis Home section lets you explore and manage your or your company’s projects.

  1. Switch to the Projects page.

  2. Display your projects (My projects) or all company projects ( “Company name”) using the selector. Filters and labels (if created) are available below the selector to filter the projects.

  3. Projects are listed on the page. Customize which columns to display using the icon.

  4. Bulk actions for the selected projects.

  5. Three-dot menu to perform actions such as manage user access, rename, or assign labels to a single project.

  6. Create a new project from the dashboard, search for a project in the search bar, and toggle between different project views.

Company account administration

Important: The company administration is available to admin users only.

The company administration section lets you manage your application subscriptions and other assets related to your account. Use the links to learn more about each topic:

  • Users: Manage users, their access to the platform, and create user invitations.

  • Applications:  Enable user access to your subscribed applications, view transactions, or remaining SGU (Solargis Evaluate).

  • Integrations: Manage integrations to your Solargis account.

  • API:  View your API subscriptions and their usage history.

  • Billing &  payment: Review your previous orders and their status.

  • My organization: View your general company details.
