You will learn how to manage Soalrgis application subscriptions, enable users in your subscribed applications, view your Prospect usage, or see your Evaluate SGU balance and transaction history.

Managing subscriptions to Solargis applications

Information about your subscriptions to Solargis applications is provided in the account admin section . Account administration is available to admin users only.

Visit this section if you want to check:

  • your Solargis application subscription status and its period,

  • Prospect usage history or Evaluate SGU transactions,

  • current subscription plan and its validity dates,

  • or enable/disable user’s access to applications.

Every application has its dedicated section where you can manage its subscription and they are located under the Applications category.

Prospect subscriptions

The Prospect subscription page provides the following:

  • The General section, where you can see your current Prospect subscription status, its validity, and the number of active project and users.

  • The Users section, where you can manage user’s access to the application.

  • The Usage section where you can track the usage of the Prospect application by your users. Here, you can see how many projects are currently assigned to your users and the number of projects that has been assigned to them in the past.

Prospect usage tracking

You can track the usage of the Prospect application in the Usage section. Here, you can see how many projects are currently activated for each user and the number of projects that have been activated for the user previously.

Evaluate subscriptions

The Evaluate subscriptions page offers the following:

Additionally, use the three-dot activity history menu to examine:

  • Period details - will show your Evaluate subscription overview with details such as validity dates, maximum allowed project size, or number of available simulations. You can contact the sales team and request upgrades directly from the dialog.

  • Subscription history - shows your account’s subscription history.

  • Usage history - opens a new window with the account usage history, providing information such as the number of SGU spent per action, the user executing the action, or the date of execution.

Evaluate SGU transactions

You can access and review your SGU transaction history using the “See transactions” link next to your SGU balance. The transaction history will open in a new popup window, where you can take advantage of available filters to filter the transactions and download the results as an .xlsx file.

Enabling/disabling user access to an application

You can manage user’s access to Prospect or Evaluate in the respective Users section. The number of users you can enable for an application is given by your subscription type.

To enable/disable a user’s access:

  1. Enable/disable the user access using the toggle next to his name under the respective application.

  2. Click the “Save” button to save the changes.

Depending on your subscription, there might be a limited amount of users you can enable for an application. If you want to increase the number of users, please contact your account manager to discuss options to increase your allowance.
