How can I create a PV catalog account?

You can create a PV catalog account by either creating a new company account or by receiving an invitation to join a company.

What roles can I have if I accept an invitation?

Invitations allow the invitee's role to be a reader, editor, or administrator.

Can I change my company details after account activation?

No, you cannot change any company details after your account has been activated.

Can I invite users to my company account before it is verified?

No, you cannot invite users or get your API keys until your company account is verified.

What can I do while my account is still unverified?

Who can access the company account management section?

Only company administrators can access the company account management section.

How can I invite a new user to my company account?

To invite a new user, navigate to the Users section under My Company, click the invite button, enter the user's email address, and pick the user’s role.

What happens if my account is pending verification?

If your account is new and pending verification, the user management, invitations, and API sections might be locked until your account is verified and activated.

What is the duration for which an invitation remains valid?

Invitations expire after seven days if not accepted.

Can deactivated users log in to the catalog?

No, deactivated users will not be able to log in to the catalog.

What is the process for accepting an invitation to join a company account?

The invited colleague receives an email with an invitation link, clicks the link, fills out the registration form, and can then log in to the company account.
