# Reports and data downloads

**In this document**

We will teach you how to create reports and download project data to CSV.

## Prerequisites

- An active Solargis Prospect account.
- Admin rights, for editing purposes.
- A project created in Prospect with a PV system configured.

## Generating and downloading reports

You can export your project and create reports for your current project configuration.

1. Navigate to the **Reports page**.
2. Select the required **export format** (PDF, XLSX) and choose a language.
3. Select if you want to include **financial analysis** in the report.
4. Click **“Generate”** to create the report.
5. **Download**the report once it has been processed.

> [!TIP]
> **Note**: Reports will remain available until you change the project configuration. They will be automatically deleted once you change any project parameters. You must create new reports for every new configuration.

## Downloading the project data

You can download your project data to CSV for further processing by navigating to the **Data page** and clicking the **“Download**” button.

> [!WARNING]
> **Important**: Reports are automatically deleted after every project data update (new data release). If you want to keep reports with older data, download them before updating the project data.
