We will teach you how to create reports and download project data to CSV.

Prerequisites

  • An active Solargis Prospect account.

  • Admin rights, for editing purposes.

  • A project created in Prospect with a PV system configured.

Generating and downloading reports

You can export your project and create reports for your current project configuration.

  1. Navigate to the Reports page.

  2. Select the required export format (PDF, XLSX) and choose a language.

  3. Select if you want to include financial analysis in the report.

  4. Click “Generate” to create the report.

  5. Download the report once it has been processed.

Note: Reports will remain available until you change the project configuration. They will be automatically deleted once you change any project parameters. You must create new reports for every new configuration.

Downloading the project data

You can download your project data to CSV for further processing by navigating to the Data page and clicking the “Download” button.

Important: Reports are automatically deleted after every project data update (new data release). If you want to keep reports with older data, download them before updating the project data.
