### General

- We are introducing a new [Solarmaps application](https://kb.solargis.com/docs/solar-maps), now available to our paid customers in the Solargis platform. Solarmaps empowers you to assess solar resource and meteorological impacts on PV plant performance with interactive, map-based insights. Key features include:
  - **Interactive map view**: Explore spatial patterns and relationships in solar irradiance, temperature, precipitation, and wind speed across regions.
  - **Site-specific data access**: Click on any map location to instantly retrieve monthly or yearly environmental data, supporting targeted performance analysis.
  - **Split view comparison**: Analyze multiple parameters side by side to reveal correlations and trends affecting PV performance.
  - **Customizable data visualization**: Adjust value ranges and color schemes, and generate historical charts to highlight seasonal patterns and site variability.
